Do you ship internationally?

The answer is No! We only ship with the United States at the moment.

 

What is the shipping duration?

 

Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days

Products should take 1-2  business days to ship out.

You will receive a notification email once we had successfully shipped out with tracking information.

 

Delivery Time: 2-10 Business Days

Depending on the location, the delivery time for the shipping company to deliver your order may vary from 2-10 business days.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our primary warehouse is in United States and all of our products will be shipping from United States.

 

Will my items come in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes will be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

Is tracking information provided?

Yes! All orders will be provided with a tracking code when we had shipped out your order. You can follow 3 simple steps to know the location of your order here.

 

Am I able to return if I’m not satisfied?

Of course! We do offer 30 days money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you are welcome to initiate a return request with us for a full refund or an exchange for another product on our website. Please note that shipping cost will not be refundable.

 

How do I know I’m qualified for the return?

Do make sure that you qualify the following criteria before you initiate a return:

  1. Return & Exchange request must initiate within 30 days from the day you receive. 
  2. Products must have their original label and packaging.
  3. Products must be in the same condition as it was sent in.

How can I return the product?

If you meet all the above criteria, kindly contact us at support@homora.co with your order number, email and information of your return. We will get back to you within 1 business day on the instructions to send back your item.

Please remember that a return should only be fulfilled with the original label provided by Homora . Rejecting your parcel or returning it to the seller's address will not be eligible for a refund.
